Native Plants of the Gulf Coast
http://homepage.mac.com/naturalselections/ - Welcome to the 'natural selections' web site. The home of two related projects... Natural Habitats, a project of the Gulf Coast Texas Master Naturalists which documents effective urban wildlife habitats, and Natural Selections, a project of the Houston Chapter of the Native Plant Society of Texas which recognizes gardens and landscapes that demonstrate the successful landscape use of plants native to the upper Texas gulf coast.
MISSISSIPPI NATIVE PLANT SOCIETY - COASTAL PLAINS CHAPTER - The Coastal Plains Chapter of the Mississippi Native Plant Society was formed in 2002. Our goal is to make you aware of the importance of our rich biological heritage and provide you with up to date plant information for your gardens and woodlands. We have a wealth of beautiful and ecologically vital plants of which many are endangered or threatened with extinction.
